What are your rates and when are your hours of operation?

Our normal hours of operation are from from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Fridays.  Here are our service rate.

  • Normal rate: 5 days a week, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. - $60 per hour
  • Off hours rate: weekends and weekdays 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.,  $80 per hour
  • Holiday/emergency rate: $120 per hour, all major holidays

The minimum charge is one hour; on any calls over one hour, time is charged on half hour intervals.

A $20 diagnostic fee is charged on the rare occasion that a technician is not able to solve your problem; this fee is waived and included in the hourly service fee otherwise.

A $15 trip charge is charged for customers north of the city of Encinitas and south of Downtown San Diego to cover travel distance and costs.  You will be notified beforehand, so there will be no surprises.

No, we do not do any sort of price matching against our competitors.  Our belief is that we provide a quality service to our customers.  Our technicians have been working with many business and residential customers for many years, and we'll assure you that your hard earned money is put into good use.

xxx company charges a lower rate for a specific service, why do you have a flat rates for everything?

That is a good question.  From our experience at helping customers, we often find that when a customer asks for a certain service (memory upgrade, virus scan, etc.), it turns out that they need something else altogether.  We do not want to surprise you, the customer, by telling you that you need this extra charge here and there.  We want to earn your trust as customers, and we want you to use us in the future.  Also, we don't want to just walk away after solving whatever specific problem you have.  We'd like to give you an assessment of your computer, and what your potentially your needs are.

Do you offer service contracts?

Yes, we do offer service contracts.  Instead of worrying about paying every time, why not buy a block of time, and call us when you have a need?  If you buy more than a certain amount of hours at a time, you will get a discount!  Please call for details!
